The power of passion

In an ever-changing company environment the education and dedication of staff are a significant success factor, making particular demands on the management of both technical and personal training.
This is being implemented very successfully as part of an on-going “change” project. Here, the goal is to create a framework which promotes the commitment and autonomy of our staff.
The education of young technical staff also plays an important role at Böhler.
Our own apprentices’ school offers training in a variety of skills with excellent opportunities for the future. 
This not only means that Böhler is an important employer of young people, but also that we are helping to secure the future of our own company.
